I have owned this DAB radio for around 3 years. At first I was very patient with its temperamental sound quality, as I understood this to be due to ongoing improvements in DAB signals, as the disclaimer on the box stated. However, I am now fed up with having to jiggle the aerial about to try and get a decent sound. At times the sound is very clean, and without interference. Unfortunately, most of the time it is as if I am listening underwater or someone is sanding in the radio studio. I had to take my radio outside into the garden to get it to find stations, other than ones on the local network - very frustrating. The Ferguson FRG-120D unit also emits a fairly loud humming/buzzing sound when in standby mode. If I had paid full instead of half price for this radio, I would have felt severely ripped off!
