Blew up after 11 months. Customer Service Department are truly the worst I've ever experienced.


General Comments

This Hotpoint BWD129 Washer Dryer is awful and the Customer Service Dept are even worse - no one returns my calls, engineers don't turn up and emails go unanswered. When it was escalated for a supposed quicker delivery on the replacement, I got a later deliver date... how does that work? AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Spend your money on something else. I spent £500 for a dead white elephant in my kitchen and a new full time job in pursuing it's replacement. I am still awaiting a replacement, three weeks after I was told I was completely entitled to one because their Customer Service dept can't co-ordinate stock levels with calendars. GO ELSEWHERE...
