Good Points

Never Recommend to any one and if you bought it recently please return it ASAP.


Bad Points

Makes lots of noise when compressor & defrost kicks off.
No customer services at all from Samsung. Called 5 times to schedule repair or replace but Samsung/Maytag representatives are telling me that it's normal! (As if I have never seen Refrigerator!!!)
Poor shelf design when you have to store milk or Juice containers.


General Comments

DO NOT RECOMMAND TO ANYONE... Please return it if you can.
Samsung sent a technician from Maytag and he opened the refrigerator to repair it but failed - after his visit it started making more noise when the compressor kicks off and whenever the defrost mechanism is in use.
