Screen is great, internet access is great. The call logs are confusing and don't have much information. Great pictures if lighting conditions are good.
Phone is very small.
The phone key pad is too small. The phone is too small. Battery life bad, does not take video or record sound, though it will play both. Hard to type. Sometimes hard to read screen, it is very clear but too small. Have to reboot a lot. Has problems with manual standard headset sometimes. Has some bugs to work out. No matter what setting somtimes does not ring to announce phone calls out loud. Too hard to get customer service via phone, takes a lot of waiting. Phone cannot adjuster to take pictures in an arena or sporting event indoors, I don't know why that is, it should be able to read the areana and set the setting to make a photo, but it cannot. If its regular setting is just a little to dark,a nd you add flash on, then it splashes out. It cannot adjust for the flash for fill flash when you want it. Like the track wheel better than the "pearl" or mouse, its not have a positive feel like the track wheel
I got the Blackberry Pearl 8100 because its small and like it generally, would not buy again wait for blackberry to come out with more better.
