Good bandwidth, great peering on east coast USA.

Need an OS re-install.
Need reverse DNS entries.
Need to handle billing coverage issues.
Prepare yourself to wait for days on end. Simple reboots can take as little as 24 hours and as much as 120 hours wait time! OS installs can take up to 12 days through personal experience, hardware replacements, 3-5 days and the list goes on. These are actual numbers.
General Comments
If you are not running any mission critical applications and want good bandwidth, AIT Com might be affordable for you. They keep a good network but their support staff policy and procedures suck. They are ill-equipped to support anything other than shared hosting plans, making sales and charging your credit cards. Anything advanced, such as DNS, self-managed plans, email, or any other services will have to be entered into the ticket system and the waiting game will commence. Good luck if you should so choose to purchase a hosting plan, dedicated hosting, shared hosting, or any other services from AIT Communications (AIT Com). Make sure you do your research on Google before committing to them. Also, keep a spare credit card handy so that you can cover your bogus bandwidth / storage overages they try to charge you with.
