Good Points

There are no good points
Poor service.


Bad Points

They only give you 24 hours to claim. After 18 hours of travel, they expect you to put a claim straight away.


General Comments

They do everything, under the sun, not to give you what you claim.
It is too expensive, they offer very poor service and have an unhelpful claim centre.
The biggest mistake is to buy travel insurance in a hurry without reading the reviews.
My luggage was broken and dented within a week of calling to claim, they said you should have a report from the airport as soon as you arrived to UK, then they said you should have claimed within 24 hours.
After a long flight and waiting at two airports, one is hardly in a right state of mind to queue up to report broken luggage. That is if you have noticed the damage straight away.
It is the biggest mistake to go with Tesco Travel Insurance.
Never again.
