Cheap flight though I think we booked just after the hassels at Heathrow. Check in staff helpful at all airports.
Food disgusting. Seats narrow. Air hostesses didn't answer call buttons. In-flight movies were shown at certain times not when you want to watch them.
I'm amazed Cathay Pacific has won airline of the year. We have flown to Asia 3 times this year with Malaysian Airways, Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific. Cathay Pacific was our last flight and had heard good reports but were deeply disappointed. Malaysian airways are brilliant with Singapore Airlines being a close second.
