Good Points

The only good thing about this cleaner is the very long power lead!


Bad Points

I've never known a vacuum cleaner clog up so much. Clean and replace the filters as often as you like, it doesn't make the slightest bit of difference.


General Comments

I finally gave up with this thing today, and I threw it away. It looks nice sat in the corner of a yuppie apartment, but if you have kids and pets, this is definitely not the cleaner for you. It's a very complicated cleaner, with lots of bends in the system. These bends allow larger bits to catch and clog it up, so it's not long before you have to take it apart on a weekly basis for a thorough cleaning.

The Bissell 3750E works very well when brand new, which is why you will find positive reviews (indeed it almost pulls your carpet up because the suction is so strong), but do you really want to pay that much for a cleaner that is useless after only a year?
