General Comments

I have just found out they have gone into liquidation. No rebate then! Although I did get OK service from 3 Mobile, I am sure I could have got a cheaper one elsewhere. The lure of the £360 rebate was too good to be true. I have done a similar deal with Dial-A-Phone last year, and they paid up! 3 Mobile will not take any responsibility, as they do not own The Mobs. To swap onto a pay-as-you-go contract with 3 Mobile, it will cost me £231! I am not a happy bunny, as it is their agent that has gone belly up. You think they could cut me some slack. Not happy all round!

    i have just found out that the company has gone into liquidation I should have recieved cash back in October but it did not arrive. tried ringing '3' but got absolutely no help whatsoever I am now tied to the contract as '3' will not release me so no point in complainig to them.
