General Comments
Approximately four out of five times I tried to get online, and I found that my account had been frozen. This forced me to ring the Amazon credit card helpline (which costs money) for them to reset the password. It is beyond a joke the amount of times it has happened.
The website hardly ever works (which is probably the cause of my account freezes, as I try to login too many times)!
I have had my first ever late payment (in 22 years of banking). I transferred the money 6 days before it was due, but for some reason it didn't get there until the day after (my bank confirms it went out in time). I have now moved to another credit card.

I found this review helpful because...I would advise anyone to do the same. If you want to own a credit card, avoid anything that has something to do with Halifax.
