Good Points

Speed of service - excellent.
Friendliness of staff - superb.
They made the whole process of getting a loan simple and painless.


Bad Points

Having to wait for the 'cooling off' period to elapse. This is the law though, so it is not anything bad as far as All About Loans are concerned. They were not allowed to contact me during this cooling off period, and they stuck firmly to the letter of the law, unlike some of the other companies I tried.


General Comments

Getting a personal loan was a tricky time for me, made easy by the guys at All About Loans. They were good listeners, and they understood quickly what I was trying to raise the finance for, and they helped me every step of the way.
