Tons of features. More than I'll ever need, and more and more added regularly.
Easy to use and understand interface.
Paid for just what I need.

Bad Points
Tons of features. More than I'll ever need.
Occasional errors.

General Comments
The company is very strong, with numerous employees, and they are always quick to assist when I call. The new customer service rep and trainer add extra assistance. I am very happy with the experience. The Blue Crystal Software Kennel Connection software is big, but user friendly. A definite must-have.
