Bad Points

Very poor customer service, would not buy Philips again.


General Comments

In just over one year, the Philips 28PT4458 set had developed two faults on sound, and then picture quality failed. Whilst we had had the TV for just over a year, it had been in repair for 2 months, but Philips would not fix the picture problem because it was out of warranty, even though we had had less than 12 months use.
