General Comments

Well what can i say? Wow!
What an amazing gun!! Mine arrived two days ago (the .177 version) but i had to wait till today to get a chance to shoot this baby. I mounted my Hawke 3-9X50 scope and went into my garden to zero it in. After 10 minutes i was putting pellets into a bullseye (inch wide) at 35 yards. This gun is so accurate the only possible fault could be the shooter.
Next I come onto the looks. It is a beautiful gun. The stock just oozes with beauty. The adjustable stock puts your head exactly where it needs to be. The stippled fore-end and pistol grip just makes it that much nicer to hold and provides extra grip.
Now as for the power well it's all you would need. I took it out tonight for a shoot around my farm. Armed with my poxy little torch which barely works, i set out for the top field. In the field about 35 yards away sat a nice plump rabbit. I lit the little fella up with the torch and shot for the head. Down dead instantly. What more you could you ask for in an air rifle.
The noise and recoil aren't abnormal for a spring gun. The gun sounds lovely when you fire it, quite loud but no different to other springers. The recoil is quite minimal but you know it's there.
People say that this gun is really hard to cock. It is no trouble what so ever. A simple tap of the barrel is all it needs.
The weight - I say that it is heavy, which it is, but it isn't unmanageable. (a real man won't moan)
Lastly just to tell you all, I have been using Crossman Accu Pell pellets. With these i was knocking 12 bore cartridges off my fence about 30/35 yards away. And of course I managed to shoot dead a little bunny tonight.
So to finish off, all I can say is GET ONE! You won't regret it!!
