Compact, easy SIM change without opening phone or removing battery. Good battery life.
Bad Points
Very poor menus. Texting hard work compared to Nokias. No InfraRed. PC Software doesn't link easily to Outlook/Notes and doesn't support texting. Antenna sticks out too much.
General Comments
I bought this phone because it was small, had Tri-band and a flip down front which stopped accidental key-presses for unintentional calls and/or flat battery problems. Other than those good points it was all downhill with very poor texting, no infrared/bluetooth, awkward changeover to 1900MHz for use in USA/Canada, bad menu's. In short I prefer to use my Nokia 8210 despite it's dodgy display and no tri-band.

my motorola v66 has been nothing but trouble.....ive had about 4 new phones 3 new batteries and 2 chargers.....luckily while under warranty. The problem which i still have to some extent was the phone not charging
on a happier note i can upgrade from august ...roll on a new phone!!!!

Totally agree with you. Nice size, but awful menu system and buttons. I find the battery life pretty poor on mine too... Also this is the 5th replacement one i;ve had - all the others replaced under warranty due to various failures, so not strong!!
