The kitchen facades salesman was very nice, although he had to return to measure a second time, as he lost the first measurements.
The kitchen fitters were very good - prompt and adept.
The doors that we bought were made the wrong size at the factory, so we were left with no doors for 2 weeks, during which time the management constantly demanded money. When the new doors did finally turn up, they refused to fit them until the remaining 10% was paid up front. We paid, and guess what? - The job still could not be completed, as one of the new doors still didn't fit. Still waiting for completion.
The fitters are a good crew, but the management and the service are not.
When problems arose due to their bad management of the job and workmanship in their factory, Kitchen Facades didn't want to know. They demand payment without any regard for their mistakes.
