Good Points

My local store were really helpful, and they tried to sort out the online Woolies order problems, but even they said how fed up they are with having to sort out their lack of correct communication with so called valued customers!!! No good points for online orders.


Bad Points

I wasn't even told my item was no longer available and had been refunded! The item that did arrive had the wrong size shoe in, so I still had to go back into the store to sort it out. I am disappointed, not to mention my daughter who has been waiting for her princess dress!! I had to demand to speak to a manager, and he told me different information from the agent who I had just spoken to? I have had enough, so I am going to go to M&S instead.


General Comments

Stick to buying in the store if you don't want to be messed around and let down. The store staff are helpful and polite, but the phone staff are unhelpful and unsympathetic, not to mention the lack of communication. It cost me more in bus fares to the Woolworths store to sort out problems, than if I had had items home delivered.
