General Comments

I ordered two products from Blitz Watches. Their website showed full pictures and details. The items which arrived were cheaper alternatives to those I had paid for. The pen had no authenticity documents.

The woman (who called herself a manager) insisted I had received the items I had ordered, despite my producing proof to the contrary.

After much ado, I received a refund to my credit card.
However, the postage has never been refunded, and I am £20 down, despite the 'mistake' being made by Blitz, not by me.
