A bit messy on fingers
After reading some reviews on here, I decided to try some of this. After a bit of trial and error I've decided the way to achieve the best results is to place 50 or so pellets into a plastic sandwich bag, add about 3 drops of lube to the bag, seal it, place it in a pocket and let the natural movement do the rest.
The results really are worth the investment. Accuracy was greatly improved, as has been said a number of times before (but it's true), and power seems to be improved somewhat (I can't prove this though).
I suggest giving Napier Power Pellet Lube a go, and see what you think. At about £5 for 2 tubs on an internet auction site, it's worth a chance.
