General Comments

I fell into the trap of not sending the delivery note for the first cash back (strange it is not listed on the claim form to be returned), so for the last one I ensured everything was correct, and it was sent by recorded delivery, and I also rang up to be told everything was fine, and that my cash back would be processed. I waited and was told new software was at fault, and that it would be dealt with shortly, then I was told the money had been sent. I waited 1 week and rang back to be told computer problems stopped the payment and that it should be sorted within 1 or 2 days. Now what a surprise - there is no answer on the phone, and there is a message on the website to say "Due to unforeseen circumstances The Mobs is unavailable at present".

    I have had nothing but trouble with them- having also not sent my delivery note (as i recall and send nothing of the sort on the voucher) I was denied my first payment, received no reply after countless letters of complaint and threats of court action. Having just sent off my 2nd voucher, it looks as if i can kiss that £180 goodbye.

    I have done exactly the same as you did. I received no reply whatsoever.
    Unforeseen circumstances? I want my money back from the Mobs!!
