Price + Free Insurance, Nippy for a 125 4 Stroke, Looks Better Than CG.
Idle speed Needs changing straight away and I think that the rear looks a little ugly.
I have had this bike for a while now and it's alright, I like it quite a lot. When I first got it I was running it in and getting used to it and keeping below a maximum of 6,000rpm and I thought it was slow but as soon as I started opening it up it seemed very nippy - basically you need to give it the right revs, thrash it a little and it can go okay - (5,500rpm>8,000rpm). It's geared well for hills but just runs out of gearing sometimes when you get to 65ish your starting to go too fast but you can cruise at 50mph (7,000rpm) easy. I also found that it gets quite hot sometimes. The bike looks great though from the sides and I think without L-Plates and a 125 badge it could look like a slightly bigger bike. The clocks light up amazingly and sitting on the bike is nice, I like to keep the revs low as it sounds really nice (3,000rpm>6,000rpm) but when you go over this level it starts to sound 'girly'. What else can I say - engine looks nice, there is some metal on the bike unlike these plastic things and oh yeah, it's great on petrol. If you want a 125 for a year or two its great but for looking sporty try the Honda CBR125 maybe. I find compared to other 125 commuters with the rev counter etc that this bike makes you want to go faster and prove to car drivers that learner bikes are not just there to be abused and overtaken.
