Great screen
Brilliant software for web browsing
No scroller (unlike the Blackberry), and the joystick is not a really good substitute.
Emails - automated retrieval of emails can only be performed for 2 email addresses, and you have to go into each email account to manually ask the phone to retrieve emails. Also, automated retrieval is only done at half hour intervals - NOT real time. My old MDA phone can be programmed to scan for new emails every minute (which is an overkill), but 5 minutes is my minimum expectation.
It is a good contender to the current Blackberry market, but obviously the people who designed the Nokia E61 mobile phone may have never used a Blackberry themselves.
