Nice looking design, build quality ok (on mine at least though most other people would seem to have had many more problems) big buttons and clear screen.
Bad Points
Inability to alter the time in which the backlight goes off, very poor user information when 'attempting' to access 3g services and above all, battery life.
General Comments
I have always liked Nokia phones. I like their quality and their menu structure, but this is a major warning to any potential business user of this phone.....don't! The battery life is dreadful. I spend my whole life staggering from one charge to the next, my phone spends more time bleeping at me because the battery is dying than it does with text messages or voicemail. I'm not even a particularly heavy user, but whenever I really need it, it's about to die. For me personally, I think that 3g services are a complete waste of time, but perhaps that's just because I've never seen them working consistently and, because I need mobile data now more than ever, I think I'll have to go to a Blackberry or an Ericsson (I didn't get on with the stylus driven XDA IIi and didn't like the first generation Trio, but I'm sure they've all improved.
