Good Points

They were friendly in the beginning.


Bad Points

They are unprofessional and their ego's get in the way of conducting business fairly.


General Comments

I have a billing issue where they are trying to charge me for services I haven't used for the last 3 years. They said they misbilled me and, "now it's time to pay up." I signed up for a resellers account in the beginning but never renewed that and only hosted my small business site with them. They shut down my site and refused to accept anything less than what they had made up. When they called me for my credit card number, they didn't even know how much I owed them and over the course of a few weeks, the ransom to get my business back went anywhere from $200 to $1300. They won't release my bandwidth usage so we can come to a fair amount owed. They refuse to work with me because they know what they can get away with. Look on the BBB site before you host with this very unprofessional, ego-driven company. It's not just me. I have to sue them now because they destroyed my business and slandered me by putting up false statements on my homepage where all my clients and peers could see them.
