Professional looking site with lots of features
Absolutely hopeless at administration and billing. They can't cope if you don't have a credit card - although they agreed we could pay annually by cheque, they first drew payment from my personal card without permission, then shut the whole site down without warning me. Then after a year, instead of sending me an invoice as they'd promised, they tried to take it from a non-existent credit card, then proceeded to close the site again without even emailing me to warn me! Complaints were ignored and they refused to let me speak to anyone - all complaints could only be by fax, which they then ignored.
Avoid OneAndOne web hosting if you value your companies livelihood.
