Some would probably say lack of dialogue at the beginning, but that is what makes it so special.

General Comments

The music from the movie is fabulous! It is one of the reasons that I watched The Good The Bad And The Ugly, as Ennio Morricone is one of my favourite musicians, and his music score dictates the tension and emotion throughout the movie.

The "Good" (Clint Eastwood), the "Bad" (Lee Van Cleef) and the "Ugly" (Eli Wallach) are superb actors.

The movie itself has to be one of Sergio Leone's greatest. Basically, this is a movie that can stand the test of time. It's not for everyone, and it will probably be a favourite with the male audience due to the gun slinging and action, but as a female, it is in my opinion, an all time classic.
