Good Points

The Presario 2100 is very easy to use. Ethernet port, 56k dial up port and a general stability in operating.


Bad Points

Very heavy. Very, VERY SLOW! (AMD athlon xp- very bad). Poor customer service, flimsy speaker design, loud fan (which can get extremely hot). Slow 1.1 USB ports, flimsy CD-RW drive design, flimsy keyboard (not sensitive enough).


General Comments

Bottom line: This laptop is stable. If you are looking for something cheap, and basic in terms of pc portability then buy the presario 2100. Otherwise, it is extremely slow and poorly built. I regret purchasing my presario. You get what you pay for! Beware!
