Accurate
Reasonably priced
Quickfill adapter
Nice stock, even in beech
A bit too long
Silencer not the best
I had a Webley Raider 2 in .22 calibre, and found it to be a very good PCP, it was the first PCP I ever owned, I bought it second hand for £195.00, it was very accurate, power was approx 11.5ft.lbs., what I especially liked was the quickfill adapter and the stock shape, I found I could get approx 70 shots before every re-fill, consistancy between shots was also very good. Even though I found it to be a bit on the long side for my liking, it handled very well all the same because of the stock shape. The 2 shot shuttle system even though kept simple by Webley (simplicity is best), was very effective and never jammed with any pellet I tried with it, it was really good to have the extra back up shot. The bolt action was very smooth and solid. My only gripe was the silencer, this wasn't the most quiet I have ever used, but then Webley have to keep costs down, but the UNF thread gave some leeway, I changed the silencer for a more upmarket one, and it was fine then. I know Webley have gone and AGS have taken over, if you can get a new or second hand one, you won't be disappointed as a first PCP or even as your only PCP, but I would stress that smaller built people try it out first, it's not heavy, just long, overall it's a nice rifle cosmetically and functionally, and at the moment you could probably pick one up fairly cheap.
