Good Points

It makes you lose weight quite fast if you stick to it, and it also tells you what to eat to stay healthy and fit.

Bad Points

None really.

General Comments

This is brilliant, because it has the right exercise moves for me to do, and I can cope with them, but all the other DVD workouts that I have tried I haven't stuck to them, but this one I have! I recommend that you get The Jordan Workout exercise DVD, because if you want to get a flat tummy fast, this would be the workout for you.
