High booking fees
I called early to book book tickets on the day they went on sale, and was kept on hold for over 30 minutes before being told that booking would not start until 9.00am.
Booking for multiple venues was a tedious process with details having to be given for each venue. The TM operaters didn't seem to have basic information (dates, names and locations of venues, gig dates etc. in front of them). They also never stated that some venues had standing areas, only that 'no seats were available,' giving the impression of a sell-out!
My confirmation email only gave details for one venue, causing doubt as to whether all the bookings had taken place.
Within days the payment for the tickets was debited from my account, but tickets were not received for almost 6 months, all arrived seperately and in a seemingly random order.
Overall, a poor experience and one I won't be repeating with this company.
