Good Points
Not having to use iTunes for a start. Then it's simple... plug in the USB lead and away you go. Transfer the file across. It's a joy to work with.
I have mine plugged into my Crash helmet via my Autocom system - very good. The only slight issue is when it rains, as the remote gets wet and jumps between tracks, but that's the only fault.
Battery life is outstanding! I've had mine now for over 3 years, and apart from one reset that I had to do, it never let me down, and I use it at least 5 times a week.
Has a built-in Radio, which I often use.
Bad Points
The remote could do with being waterproof.

It blows iPod's away!!
The iRiver iHP-140 is simple to use in Windows. It does not use iTunes. The battery lasts longer than 1 hour, unlike my friends very expensive iPod, and it still looks like new, even after 3 years.
Nothing better to match it!!
