Good Points

I don't see any.

Bad Points

Agent quotes incorrect fare, always $100-200 less than other agents and then sells tickets at higher price, saying the airline is not honoring the previous low fares.
Put you on hold for ever over the phone.
Never call back if you leave a message.

General Comments

I had a really bad experience with this agent. Initially I got a good quote for the international tickets, about 20% cheaper than other agents. I was told that I can have the same priced tickets within two weeks of the quote, usually you can only hold tickets for about one week. When I tried to pay for the tickets, within a week of the quote, they said the airline is not honoring the price anymore and I have to pay the higher price. I never had that happen before. Needless to say that I did not go ahead and book the tickets with this agent as a result.
