Fun! Excellent workout as well. Relatively safe, good for older folks. I'm 64 years old, in fairly good shape and I am enjoying it very much. Excellent for improving balance. I tried skateboarding but found it dangerous, the Wave is safer, you get an excellent workout with out generating too much speed (on flat ground). You must try it to believe how much fun it is.
Not as fast as a skateboard, probably can't do as many tricks as a skateboard. If you get going fast you will not stop quickly unless you crash or jump off.
