The fares seemingly are cheap however...
Bad Points
They are very deceiving about their fares, they really aren't available. When you book through them, the process of confirming whether or not you have tickets can take days and endless phone calls. I booked via telephone and I'm on the second day of trying to get my tickets. I still don't have them and I'm on my fifth long and extended phone call with their service center, today alone. I just don't have time for this and in the meantime I'm stuck with them and can't look for other alternatives. Based on the experience thus far, I'm concerned that my trip will not go smoothly. I wish I had consulted the Review Centre website before using them. Big mistake!
