Good Points

Easy to use.

Bad Points

The after-sales service from Miele is dreadful.


General Comments

This hoover is less than 18 months old, and it has suddenly stopped working. It has been used for normal household use, nothing strenuous.

Miele have advised that the motor has packed in. This apparently cannot be replaced. The only alternative is a new vacuum cleaner, which after spending over £140, 18 months ago, indicates that the Miele Cylinder S571 vacuum cleaner is not good value for money. I originally had a much cheaper Electrolux for almost 10 years, which never gave a days trouble. I wish now that I had not given it away!

Miele/Money does not always equate to quality!
