General Comments
I received a poor service from Di Lusso Kitchens. Also, poor design, failed deliveries, missing parts and unhelpful staff - there is essentially no customer service at all. It took them 5 months to finish the kitchen. They finally agreed a goodwill payment back from them of £300, and guess what? That was 4 months ago, and there is no sign of it!

on 1st Apr 2007Further to writing our review, 12 months on we still have no kitchen, and we have had to pay extra money out for continuous dining out for a family of four - hasten 3 adults within that.
They are now called Infinity Kitchens - on all accounts the fitters and staff are the same, just trading under yet another name!!
