General Comments

My husband joined me on the basis of using the swimming pool, although he did not specify on joining this. The day he signed me he was shown around by a senior member of staff starting from the pool and there was no mention on this being closed from the following week for 4 weeks!!!
On my first visit the swimming normal and nobody and nothing where warning of this major disruption until on my second visit I was told "Ehm, no, the pool will be closed for 4 weeks" When I said I joined specifically to use the pool I was told I must be lying as surely I must have known- yeah right!
Luckily my hubby got on the case and was offered a refund. You can see why people don't like Cannons.
