Good Points

Reliable and quiet.
Excellent results 99.9% of the time (some rapid bake loaves come out small and doughy, but that's usually due to us adapting the recipes).

Bad Points

The LCD display would be easier to read if it was illuminated.

General Comments

This bread machine is excellent. We've had ours for some 4 - 5 years (when they were £150!), and I can honestly say in that time we've only bought a dozen loaves from a shop, just because we'd forgotten to put the machine on. It has never gone wrong in what must be more than 500 loaves, and once you're into the routine, and can remember the ingredients, it takes only a few minutes to set it up each time. The bread is well textured and nicely crusted. You do get a bit of a flat hole in the bottom of the loaf where the paddle was, but that's no big deal, as it only affects the end of one slice of bread.

Highly recommended.

Trying to find a good British breadmix for my AFK breadmaker, not too wet or like the poor breads you buy in supermarket and unfortunately even bakeries. What would you recommend?
