Good Points
They delivered one of the products I ordered on time.

Bad Points
I asked for two different products. Although I was not charged for one, that unfortunately couldn't be delivered due to lack of stock, they really should have informed customers on their website (of stock availability), since my decision to shop from them (at that time) was centered around the ease of ordering both products from the same supplier at once (saving on delivery charges). Now I find out they can only deliver one of the two products I ordered (after dispatch I sent an email asking why a product appeared to be missing on an emailed dispatch notification I was sent), I have to order the unavailable product from elsewhere, which will cost me another 5 on delivery. The whole reason I was buying from them at that time was to avoid that!

General Comments
Good potential; good product range; if the website was as good as their carbon based catalog (that they send you after you've purchased your product), then it would be 10/10, but it's still quite good as-is. Their major weakness is not making customers aware of what stock is available and what stock is unavailable before they click the buy button! This can be very annoying indeed! It means, (hypothetically speaking) you could (and I did) get one email saying you've purchased 1X ***** and 1X ***** (whatever ***** is in your case). The total will be deducted, then about 3 - 4 days later, you receive conformation that just 1X ***** has been shipped.



At that point you have to pick up the phone and ring them to make sure you haven't been charged, and that there hasn't been a mistake (which in my case there hadn't)! I'd say with this company it's best to order over the phone to be sure they have what you're after, as GroWell Hydroponics are still worth buying from.
