Good Points

Very good, easy to use and simple to setup.


Bad Points

I can't think of any bad points. We did have a couple of requests for changes when we first started using this tool, but they were very quickly Incorporated into the system, and because it's web-based the changes just happened, so you don't need to install or download and software.


General Comments

This project software is easy to use and helps us to organise our projects with our clients. We have been using OPM Creator for over 5 years now. The software is web based, so we can see our projects from any computer. It's very useful if you are out of the office and need to access project files or data. It also saves time, as clients can login and view projects, collaborate online with the project team, and this reduces the need for phone calls, emails, faxes and travel. We use this tool to demonstrate to our clients the project progress, and it gives them confidence in our company. The task management side is easy to use, and it lets you allocate project tasks to users. These can be any member of the project team, and the project manager can easily track the progress of the project. The system allows for restricted project access, and each user can only see the projects they are allocated to. Overall, OPM Creator is simple but very effective. Our projects are available online at any time from any computer.

UK company, UK date format (very important for us). Most other systems we looked at were US based. This is fine, but from a support point of view we prefer a UK based company operating on UK times, and the date format was also a factor for us.
