Looked the part, and initially worked well.
Bad Points
Lesson learned! Keep the phone basic; less parts, less to go wrong.
Don't support local business; sad, but unfortunately a sign of the times!
General Comments
It went wrong after 6 to 7 months, and bit by bit things start to malfunction.
Worst of all, the phone shop went out of business, so their year guarantee was useless. A check of the documents and a phone call to Siemens revealed the SF65 mobile phone had a 2 year manufacturers warranty, so things were looking good again. I tried to claim under the 2 year warranty, and I was given a reference number and told to phone back in 20 days, due to technical problems with the returns process. I phoned back after 20 days, and I was told the UK handlers for Siemens phones have gone into insolvency, and I was referred back to the phone shop.
