The furniture looks fine on the site, and the site is easy to use.

General Comments
Unfortunately, I ordered furniture and a rug, and both came damaged. I spent £300. Also, I had just had my home re-decorated, and the couriers damaged paint on several surfaces whilst taking the unit through to my dining area. The couriers advised me that this was a regular occurrence, and that basically all their deliveries end with damaged goods. That doesn't make me confident in them at all. The customer services after care is not good, and I have had no contact from them whatsoever. I managed to get a operator to arrange a gesture of goodwill - refund of delivery charges, but to date that has not happened. They arranged for the damaged ones to be picked up, but as of now I have not received any contact. I have just phoned them and a poor girl on the other end was very apologetic, but that didn't pacify me! I had taken photos of the damage and forwarded it them however, but apparently they couldn't open the attachment, which is strange as I didn't send them via attachments. I have asked for a supervisor to ring me, but have just received excuses, that all the managers are busy! I insisted and I will wait. I bought another item of furniture off EBay and there was no problem with that. And that was half the price of the split unit from The Cotswold Company.
