I bought the Sony VGC-RA820G computer system in the states, but shortly after I had to send it to Colombia. A couple of months before that, the system started presenting me with problems, so when I wanted to take it to maintenance, Sony told me they only way was by returning the PC to the states. Other than that the computer is pretty great.
