General Comments

I have called and called my broker, the head office, you name it - they just don't answer the phone.

On one day, a day that I required very important information, I called Alexander Hall Mortgage Brokers and left my broker 2 voicemail messages and 1 e-mail message, and not one was returned or answered. This took place on a day that he said he would call me!!

I decided to complain, but alas nobody answered the branch (City) reception phone for over an hour of trying, so I gave up.

Luckily for us, we didn't get to the stage where we handed over the fee, so we went elsewhere!

    I agree with this review because it closely mirrors my own experience. On top of their exorbitant fee, they were really pushy and wouldn't take No for an answer - they continued calling me after I had said I did not wish to use their service.
