Good Points

Very light and very easy to operate.
Good battery life.


Bad Points

Looks good, and it is light and comfortable, but unfortunately it hasn't lasted as well as the BT250 I owned before.


General Comments

After 6 months the battery now fails to charge. The charging socket is very flimsy and so designed that you can easily put the charging adaptor in the wrong way round, which eventually corrupts the socket. Jabra even have to put a diagram on a label to show you which way it should go as it's that easy to get it wrong. My Jabra BT500 bluetooth headset has given up the ghost after 6 months, and it now fails to charge. Sound quality is sometimes questionable, and use in the car is restricted to slow lane driving if your caller wants to hear you.
