Bad Points

Picture flashes blue and goes out. Had service over to adjust blue and red arcs on screen. Decided not to extend 3 year service warranty and the screen started flashing blue and would shut off.


General Comments

For a $2500 item to go bad in 4 years is terrible. Sony were aware of this issue with the Sony KP51HW40 rear projection TV, yet offered no resolve. Cost to repair out of my pocket would be $850. Sorry Sony, but you have lost a customer.
