Offers free broadband.
The worst customer service.
I had to ring them up almost every day to get anything done. When I first rang them up they promised to have Sky TV up within 2 weeks, and broadband 2 days afterwards. It took them 4 weeks to set up the digital TV (only because I called them every day) and 6 weeks to install broadband. They never returned calls as promised. Nobody took responsibility for anything. If I called 3 times a day, all 3 people would tell me something different. They forgot to send my viewing card before an engineer showed up, delaying everything even more. Surely enough, the same happened with broadband. They had promised one date, and when I called to double check 1 day before, there was no information about it on their system. They gave me a second date - same thing happened. I phoned them up, and it turned out they hadn't even sent me the installation package.
