Good Points
The iPod Nano 4Gb is small, and it has a great sound when it works!

Bad Points
It hardly ever works. It locks up more often than it works.

General Comments
It is bad enough that the iPod Nano locks up continuously, but it is even worse that Apple makes it impossible for the customer to do anything about it. Just try their customer service for yourself! We have owned it since January 3rd 2006, after buying it directly from Apple. That was a mistake. If we would have purchased it from a retailer we could at least try to gain their support for such a poorly designed product.
