General Comments

I chose them because I used to bank with them, but the experience in one year was so bad I changed bank too.

No communication. When a bus hit me, I ended up with no courtesy car due to miscommunication with Lloyds TSB car insurance, and the actual insurer Churchill. No one kept me up to date, and I chased none stop for any details till i was blue in the face.

They rely on the Banking reputation - and they never return calls. I have been driving for 24 years and had many different companies insure my car, and they are by far the worse.
