General Comments

The Christmas Eve Kayleigh was advertised as dancing until midnight strikes, but it ended at 10:15pm. We complained while we were at Center Parcs Elveden Forest, and we wrote to them later, and I have spoken to them on the telephone, but I have never in the last 11 months had an apology.

We have been to Centre Parc at Elveden many times, but it has gone down hill since the fire, and after not receiving any response since last Christmas, we will not be going again.

   I understand your point of it going down since the fire. I'm not sure but I feel this is due to the layout of the Plaza/centre. It feels a bit cheap and un-Centre Parcs like. But overall I do feel the service is slipping at most villages. Although I do think you should visit again.
